  2. Not affiliated with LinkedIn. LinkedIn does not sponsor, endorse, administer or have any connection to this sweepstakes. By entering, you release LinkedIn from all liability related to it. Questions go to Sponsor, not LinkedIn.
  3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older and who use or manage the use of self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) in the workplace. No international entries are permitted. Only domestic shipments are permitted for the Prize winner. Employees of Sponsor, its agencies (including PIC) and their immediate families or household members are not eligible. Government employees can enter only if their agency’s ethics or gift rules allow them to accept the prize. Each entrant is responsible for verifying those rules.
  4. Entry period. The sweepstakes starts at 12:00 a.m. CT on Monday, November 2, 2026 and ends at 12:00 p.m. CT on December 14, 2026.
  5. How to enter. Complete the SCBA survey at kappler.com/scba-survey during the Entry Period and provide a valid email address. Only one entry per person. Liking, sharing, following or commenting on any social media post is not required to enter and does not count as an entry. Incomplete or automated entries are void.
  6. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a case of Kappler ChemTape®. Approximate retail value: $1088. The prize can’t be transferred or exchanged for cash. Winner is responsible for any taxes. Resale is prohibited.
  7. Winner selection and notice. On or near December 14th, Sponsor will select one winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within [7] days. If the winner is ineligible, does not respond or comply with these rules, Sponsor may pick an alternate winner.
  8. Survey responses and privacy. Sponsor uses survey responses for product research. Contact information is used to run the sweepstakes and may be added to Sponsor’s records, as described in Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.kappler.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor will not sell entrant information.
  9. General conditions. By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or late entries, or entries that can’t be read. Sponsor may cancel or change the sweepstakes if fraud or technical problems occur. Where the law allows, winners agree that Sponsor may use their name and city/state for promotion without additional pay.
  10. Release. Entrants release Sponsor, LinkedIn and their affiliates from any claims connected to the sweepstakes or the prize.
  11. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
